COUPLES COACHING · UK & ONLINE WORLDWIDE
You love each other. So why does it feel this hard?
Couples coaching online, for intimacy, communication, better sex, and everything in between.
Most couples don't fall apart because they stop loving each other. They fall apart because nobody taught them how to do this. That's not a flaw. That's a gap. And it's one we can close.
Couples coaching is for you if…
→ You keep having the same argument and you're both exhausted by it
→ Sex has become infrequent, awkward, or completely absent
→ You feel more like housemates than partners
→ One or both of you wants to open the relationship and you're not sure how to start that conversation
→ You're considering separation and want to do it with clarity and kindness
→ Everything is 'fine' but fine isn't enough anymore
→ You're polyamorous, open, or exploring non-monogamy and want support
I work with couples of all orientations and relationship structures. Bring whatever you're carrying.
What does couples coaching actually look like?
Communication that actually lands
Understanding why you keep missing each other. How to say the real thing without it turning into a row. Imago therapy, Parts Work, somatic approaches.
Intimacy and sexual connection.
Whether sex has stopped or just lost its spark, what desire actually needs to thrive. Science of arousal meets the art of sustained eroticism.
Opening Relationship
The real conversations about desire, jealousy and what you actually want, before you leap. Already open and things got complicated? I'm here for that too.
Navigating Change
Sometimes things change, I'll help you navigate change with clarity, kindness, and as little collateral damage as possible.
Do we both need to be on the call?
For couples sessions, yes, both partners attend together. I also offer individual sessions alongside couples work if one of you needs their own space to process.
What if we're not sure we want to stay together?
That's absolutely fine to bring into the room. We don't start with an assumption about the outcome. Sometimes the work clarifies that you want to stay. Sometimes it supports a more graceful ending. Both are valid.
Is this therapy?
No, coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented. I'm trauma-informed and draw on therapeutic approaches, but I'm a coach, not a therapist. If therapy is what you need, I'll tell you.
What couples say
"Two sessions in and we were having conversations we hadn't been able to have in three years. I genuinely didn't think it was possible."
M & J - UK
"Cherish held space for both of us equally. I never felt like she was on anyone's side, she was on the relationship's side."
C & S - GER
“We are navigating a really tender time in our relationship and Cherish held it with softness and grace while holding us accountable to the work.’
