My name is Cherish.
And that's exactly what I'm here to do.

Sex and relationship coach · Queer · Trauma-informed · Not playing it safe — just making sure you feel it.

I've wanted to cherish people for as long as I can remember.

Not the word. The act. The instinct to hold someone carefully. To protect what matters most to them. To make them feel — maybe for the first time — that they are worth looking after.

When I discovered that my name — Cherish — means exactly that: to love, to protect, to care for deeply — something clicked. Not everyone gets a name that describes their life's work. I did.

cherish (verb)

1. to hold dear; 2. to treasure, adore, value and love; 3. to keep deeply in mind

I came to this work through my own life. The messy, real, hard-won version.

I was sitting quietly one day when something landed in me — one of those thoughts that feels less like thinking and more like receiving. If people truly understood their own bodies, their own pleasure, their own boundaries from the inside out — the world would be a safer place.

I knew this wasn't abstract. I was speaking from my own experience — as someone who has navigated the aftermath of sexual assault and found, painstakingly and beautifully, a path back to my own body, my own desire, my own wholeness.

Over 1,000 hours of specialist training later, I realised: before I change the education system, I need to help the adults. The people already carrying things they were never taught how to carry. That's who I'm here for.

I don't play it safe. But I promise you'll feel it.

Most coaching in this space is careful. Hedged. Worded to offend no one and move no one. I don't do cautious. I go where the conversation needs to go. I say the thing out loud. I ask the question nobody else has asked. And I do all of it from a place of deep, protective care.

Not playing it safe.
Just making sure you feel it.

The space I create is the safest you will ever feel talking about sex, love, shame, or desire. Not because I tiptoe around it — but because I don't. Because nothing you say will make me flinch. That's what it means to be cherished.

My work is rooted in a tantric philosophy — not the version you've seen on the internet. The real one. The ancient idea that the sacred lives in everything — the pleasure and the pain, the orgasm and the grief, the parts of ourselves we run from.

Transformation doesn't happen around the difficult stuff. It happens through it. In the body. With full presence. I sit at the intersection of Esther Perel, Brené Brown, and Emily Nagoski. Soul and rigour. Always both.

Science, soul, and the belief that the only way out is through.

Trauma-informed practitioner

Lived experience alongside specialist professional training.

Queer & inclusive… always

A genuinely safe space for every orientation and relationship structure.

Everything I do is built around five things.

C

Choice

Actively choosing the relationship you're in — not just staying in it. Understanding what's been getting in the way of that choice being a real one.

C

Clarity

Getting honest about what you actually want — your desires, your limits, your needs. The stuff underneath the surface that's been running the show.

C

Communication

Saying the real thing. Even (especially) the scary thing. And learning to actually hear what your partner is saying back.

C

Consent

Not just as a rule, but as a living practice. A way of moving through intimacy with full presence and full permission.

C

Connection

Finding your way back to each other — emotionally, physically, sexually. Or finding your way back to yourself first… oh and have the best sex of your life!

You deserve to be cherished. Let's start there.

A free 30-minute exploration call. No pitch, no pressure.
